Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 8, 2026

Welcome to Quesper AI. By accessing or using our website, Android application, or WhatsApp assistant bot, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.

1. Description of Service

Quesper AI provides an AI-powered assistant designed for teachers and tutors to generate formatted question papers, scan NCERT textbooks, correct LaTeX equations using local validators, and export documents as vector PDFs or Microsoft Word (OMML) formats. The service is operated utilizing serverless infrastructures hosted on Google Cloud Platform.

2. User Registration and Account Security

To use our exam-generation features, you must log in securely via Google Sign-In, which establishes a profile on our Firebase Authentication database. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities occurring under your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Quesper AI solely for academic, classroom, and tutoring purposes. When uploading pages of textbooks or worksheets, you represent that you possess the necessary licenses, ownership, or fair-use permissions to digitize and compile the selected educational content. You may not use the service to process offensive or copyrighted material outside the bounds of fair educational usage.

4. Credits and Subscription Model

New registrations receive a trial quota of 10 free exam paper generations. Upon exhausting this trial, users can purchase credit packs (₹49, ₹79, ₹119 bundles). Credits are linked to your Firebase user profile and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify pricing structures with prior notice to active subscribers.

5. Google Cloud Integrations and Disclaimers

Quesper AI is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and uses Vertex AI API models for character extraction. While we employ multi-pass validation algorithms (LatexSanitizer) to ensure typographical math layouts are correct, all generated papers are provided "as is". Users are encouraged to proofread final PDF or Word exports prior to printing examinations for students.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy or engage in reverse-engineering of our local parsing algorithms or APIs. Users can request immediate deletion of their data at any time.
