Account Deletion & Data Purge Request

We respect your privacy and provide full autonomy over your data. In accordance with Google Play Store Developer policies, this page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and all associated data stored on Quesper AI services.

1. What Data is Permanently Deleted?

When you initiate an account deletion, all data linked to your account is permanently purged from our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) databases and Firebase servers. This includes:

• Profile & Authentication Info: Your name, email, profile picture, and Google Sign-in bindings stored on Firebase Authentication.
• Exam Papers & Worksheets: All created exam templates, compiled papers, and question sheets stored in Cloud Firestore.
• Uploaded Assets: Any school logo watermark assets and parsed textbook/handwritten image scans uploaded to secure Google Cloud Storage.
• Local Application Cache: All temporary user tokens and database indices stored locally on your Android device.

Note: Once deleted, this data is permanently gone and cannot be recovered by our administrator team. All remaining active tokens or subscriptions will be terminated.

2. How to Request Deletion

You can request account deletion through two methods:

Method A: Instantly via the Android App (Recommended)

You can delete your account securely and instantly inside the Quesper application:

1. Open the Quesper app.
2. Navigate to the Profile tab (top right corner of the dashboard).
3. Tap the Delete Account option at the bottom.
4. Confirm your decision in the verification prompt. Your data will be deleted immediately.

Method B: Submit Web Request Form

If you have uninstalled the app or prefer to request deletion via the web, fill out the form below. Once submitted, our team will process your request and purge your data within 48 hours.
